Looking for Community event to crown Miss Windsor

I am the new Regional Director for Miss Canada International, and am hosting the local search for Miss Windsor & Miss Teen Windsor. The winners will go on to the 9 day national pageant in August - so we are choosing the winners on February 20th, at the Caboto Club.

I would like to crown the winners publically at a local community event sometime between February 20th and before the summer.

Would anyone be able to suggest a contact person with a Community Event happening in the Spring or soon, to have these Windsor Pageant winners attend?
