Log in/out problems.

I have made a few fixes to the board because some visitors were experiencing a problem where they had to log in twice in order to be truely logged in. Some people were logged in but couldn't do anything. As a result I had to tweak the cookie settings for the board.

As a result you may have some of the older cookies in your browser that might cause you some problems like not being able to log out or being logged in but not REALLY logged in.

To fix this:

Remove all of the cookies set by this board from your browser: go into your browser cookie settings and remove all cookies set by:
cityofwindsor.com
or
www.cityofwindsor.com
or
any cookie with a name that starts with cityofwindsor
