Well tis the season again. My street still has not even been snow plowed or salted yet this year. They never ever come down our street. I live on an east/westward running street between Tecumseh and Seminole. Anyone else here still on snow covered roads? |

Oh man! Don't get me started about snow! I hate it! I live out in the county. At my house we have more cars than will fit on my driveway. So I have to park on the road. This means that on the rare occaisons when the plows come, I get burried. They have stuck flyers on my windshield saying I should move my car off the road during a heavy snow. Where shall I move it too? I live on a small dead end street with houses. My driveway is full. Should I park on my lawn? Or in my neighbour's driveway? haha!
But the good thing is that they do plow my street.
The bad thing about all this snow, is the crazy drivers who think that they're invincible- flying down the expressway in snow and ice. People! 4 wheel drive does not guarantee you won't slide or lose control- and cutting off other drivers is rude and dangerous.
Also, it would be nice if people recognized that slush on the roads means lots of spray up from your back tires. So when you merge in front of someone... try to leave more room than usual!
Wow- don't get me started! I'm not a big fan of winter... and my poor car doesn't like it either!! _________________ -------------------
